Do not submit sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for a sourcing request.

Information is used to review procurement requirements, request clarification, structure supplier outreach, compare responses, maintain service security, and comply with applicable obligations. Supplier preference describes buyer priorities and is not treated as a verified supplier rating.

Sharing for procurement

Relevant requirement details may be shared with candidate suppliers or service providers when needed for the requested sourcing work. Buyers should identify information that requires a confidentiality arrangement before it is disclosed beyond the initial brief.

Storage and browser data

The sourcing-benefit interface stores a first-display timestamp for no more than its seven-day display window and a session-only ticker-close state. Form inputs are submitted through the configured feedback service; auxiliary budget and preference controls are merged into the procurement requirement at submission without replacing the buyer’s original text.
